Business Partnering:
- Ensure robust budgeting, reporting and forecasting
- Ensure transparency on short and long term consequences of decisions
- Drive focus on commercial success
- Support KAM by managing relation to key customers in finance related areas
- Ensure appropriate monitoring of major projects
Stakeholding = High External Focus with Customers
- Orchestrate proactive information towards stakeholders (Headquarter, Function and Customers)
- Align global initiatives with market needs
- Orchestrate business cases from structuring to approval of the case
- Create networks with other finance leads and functional leads
Compliance and Risk management:
- Ensure appropriate risk management for new customers projects and investments
- Implement risk management measures
- Secure compliance towards finance legislation and respective standards and policies of HAVI
Strategy:
- Participate in creation of cluster strategy building the bridge toward financial ambition. Build the financial targets
- Capability to engage in Operational Processes – Product Supply / more Operational context (manufacturing / plant), bringing financial perspective
Functional Leadership:
- People management = hiring, onboarding developing, mentoring, leading, target setting and evaluation
- Cluster management = directing and coordinating processes and communication with the cluster finance organization
